The official launch ceremony featured a helium balloon release session, symbolically marking the opening of the facilities, followed by exhibition matches and guided introductions to both Pickleball and Padel for invited guests, media, and partners.

Court rates are priced at RM50 per hour during peak hours and RM40 during non-peak periods for Pickleball courts, while Padel courts are available at RM160 per hour during peak hours and RM140 during non-peak.
