PERDANA KOTA BHARU PRESENT OVER 190 MALAYSIAN UNIQUES CUISINES DURING RAMADAN WITH THE THEME, ‘SOUQ RAMADAN, SELERA WARISAN” KOTA BHARU
KOTA BHARU – As Ramadan approaches, Perdana Kota Bharu will be featuring up diversity selections of Iftar menus with the highlight signature of Traditional Malay concept “Souq Ramadan Selera Warisan”.
According to Encik Mohd Iqmal Muslim, General Manager, Perdana Kota Bahru, “Souq Ramadan will present over 190 Malaysian unique cuisines with a mixed of traditional, Arabic, Chinese, Western and Nusantara cuisines. Perdana Kota Bharu’s gastronomic delights selection has been at its strongest during Ramadan.”
“Executive Chef Zaharul Nizam Zainal Abidin will lead his team to showcase extravagant cuisines in widespread buffet which will be served on a 6-day rotation basis, added Encik Mohd Iqmal.
Opening the Iftar with varieties of Kurma, there are 15 various beverages to be chosen by guest. For starters, various selections of “Kerabu and Ulam-Ulaman” will be served.
On top of that, assorted side dishes such as salad and dressing will be prepared for the guest. Various soup selections are available to be chosen.
With a touch of Middle Eastern and “Selera Warisan” concept, the main highlights for the holy month will be presented by chef that comprises of Moroccan Rice, “Gulai Ikan Darat Warisan”, “Siput Belitung Masak Lemak Daun Kaduk”, “Ikan Bakar Air Asam”, “Itik Salai Masak Lemak Cili Padi” and “Bubur Lambuk Daging Rusa”.

Every purchase of buffet Ramadan in Cerana Coffee House, RM 1 will be donated to selected unfortunate homes or poor families. Private or corporate Iftar groups can be arranged at function rooms from RM 80.00 – RM 85.00 per person (minimum 50 persons).
